Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which Hot Mint Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital services to clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer freelance digital support including (but not limited to):

Website audits
Website builds
Website maintenance and content updates
Custom GPTs and AI tools

2. Project agreements

Before any formal work begins, a written agreement will be provided and must be signed by the client. This agreement will outline the scope of work, fees, and any applicable timelines. Projects will not commence until signed agreement and any required deposit is received.

3. Payment terms

For most projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Any deviation from this structure will be clearly outlined in the agreement.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included where appropriate and will be outlined in your agreement. These are not unlimited. Where applicable (e.g. website builds), a set number of revision rounds will be specified.

5. Timelines

If a specific timeline is required, it must be discussed and agreed before signing the contract. If no timeline is set, we will aim to complete the work as promptly as possible. Delays can occur if feedback or assets are delayed by the client.

6. Cancellations & complaints

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not possible. If you’re unhappy with the service received, please contact hotmintdigital@gmail.com to discuss your concerns. Any issues will be addressed in line with your signed agreement.

7. Copyright & ownership

Final deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received. Hot Mint Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials. Tools, templates, or processes used to create the work remain the intellectual property of Hot Mint Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Use of third party tools

We may use third-party platforms such as Wix, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads. While we strive to work with reliable services, we are not liable for issues, outages or damages resulting from their use.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from third-party services.
