A NEW CHAPTER
We teamed up with the wonderfully creative Ali from Find The Words to help bring her local Stockport business to life with a brand new website. Ali crafts personalised poetry for special occasions, each one hand-typed on her vintage typewriter and beautifully framed to create the perfect heartfelt gift. Until now, she’d been managing orders via Instagram DMs, but wanted a site that could take care of the admin so she could focus on doing what she does best: writing meaningful words for meaningful moments.
WHAT WE WORKED ON

Platform planning: We identified the right platform for the business - one that could deliver a smooth customer experience and keep costs down. For this project we used Wix for it's affordable ecommerce features.

Customer journey mapping: We streamlined the order process, making it quicker and easier for customers to order and freeing up more of Ali’s time for the creative stuff.

Bespoke design build: We partnered with the brilliant Filament Creative to bring a stunning, hand-crafted web design to life - one that feels as warm and thoughtful as Ali’s poems.
